Song title in the real world: Rush’s YYZ

 

YYZ is the airport code for Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. Rush‘s affinity for these call letters came from the fact that seeing these tags on their luggage meant that they were coming home after a long tour.

And just to show how geeky Rush is, the rhythm of the opening section spells out YYZ in morse code.

      Glad to help. I could have also added that, Rush being Canadians and all, the song title is properly pronounced as “why why zed”. 🙂
