By Alright, I admit it: I love hard rocking versions of pop songs. I really like the original, but the twist the female fronted Halestorm put on it is really cool too. Lzzy Hale has a great voice that adds an intensity that’s absent from Daft Punk’s version (where the vocals are provided by Pharell Williams). Halestorm has released two EPs of covers; most of them are fairly straight up, but this one stands out for me; Hope you’ll like it too. Turn up the volume!
