How was the band formed?
The band originally started with Elvis in Brazil, 2014. In 2015 the band released the first album “Origins” and right after Elvis moved to Ireland where he reformed the band and recorded the EP’s “Vaporizer” and “Mankind Maze”.
What’s your songwriting process like?
Everything comes naturally. Usually one of us comes with an idea and we develop everything else from there. When we’re just jamming or even doing nothing with an empty mind, creativity just flows through. We don’t force the idea of writing a song, we let the song to writes itself.
What are your influences?
As any other heavy band our music is considerably influenced by Black Sabbath but each member has their own tastes. We try bringing anything that would make this “Sabbatic root” anywhere close to authentic.
How would you describe your music?
A portrait of life with all its ups and downs… rage, fear, love, hate, inertia, sorrow, hope. All blended with deep colors and thick waveform lines.
What’s the one thing that makes you/your band stand out from the rest?
We believe is our power of blending music styles not caring much of following rules. There will always be something new coming up with our songs. We love crafting our newborn aliens.
What’s your latest release?
‘Mankind Maze’ is the human life represented in 5 symbols, 5 facets of life. Is about the behaviours we repeat generation to generation due to the unmutable
(or slowly mutable) society we live in. The values that are automatically injected when we’re born in a society.
What are your plans for the next few months?
We are currently working on a new album that we are planning to release towards the end of the year. Let’s say this album may be followed by a tour or not, you have to keep an eye on our social media for updates!
