I just found this great cover or Rush’s early hit Working Man by Cyril Neville (from his September 2013 CD Magic Honey). While the original was more of a Zeppelin clone, like most of their first album, his take on it infuses the track with blues and soul, accentuating the plight of the working man who’s the song’s narrator. while staying faithful to the original. I like it 🙂 Rush themselves have at times turned this track around on itself by playing part of it as a reggae tune!
And the original track.
