Les BB are a mythical pop group from the late 80’s early 90’s that were immensely popular, while not being necessarily revered for their skills as musicians. Flash forward 30 years, strip them of the hair spray and fancy clothes, and what you have is a band that kicks ass, and shows much more substance than some (myself included) credited them for.
Singer Patrick Bourgeois, who recently (still even?) battled cancer, was amazing despite obviously feeling a bit weak. And guest bassist Antoine Gratton grooved like a mother****r! I had a blast. 🙂
